Make an Iphone in MasterCAM

Starting with the Solids:
1. The stock should be 4.5" x 2.188"x.25"
2. Home Button- from top left hand corner: -.3",1.094" (x,y)
3. Calling Speaker- offset left wall .3" to the right, offset new line .05" to the right
4. Offset top & bottom wall .92"
5. Create circle tangent to three sides and trim the necassary lines
6. Camera lense has a radius of .06"
7. Vibrate Button- offset left wall .05" to the right
8. Offset top wall down .075" and bottom wall up .075"
9. Offset #7 to the right .21" and trim necessary lines
10. The radius is .03"
11. Volume + Button- had a radius of .065" and is shifted to the right .6"
12. Volume - Button- translate #11 to the right .35"
13. Speaker & Charger Slot- offset side walls to the right and left .25"
14. Offset # 13 .15" to the inside right and left
15. Offset # 13 .075" for the center circle in beween
16. Trim to clean up
17. Translate .04 inside right and left
18. Home Button- offset circle .3" to the right
19. Create circle tangent to 3 sides
20. Trim to clean
21. Translate circle .1" to the right

Cutting the Solids:
1. Volume buttons cut .02" into the part
2. Calling Speaker cut .02" into the part
3. Volume (+ & -) buttons cut .02" into the part
4. from #3 create body (circle with a .06" radius) up .04"
5. fillet entity solids
6. Volume Center Rectang- use the four dots in center to form corners
7. transform side lines further in both right and left .02" and down .02"
8. fillet corners with a .009" radius
9. Charger slot- cut .3"
10. Speaker slot- cut .02"
11. Hold Button- cut .02"
12. draw another slot and extrude up .03"
13 fillet corners with a radius of .003"
14. Silver Wrap Around- cut top and bottom rectang in .02"
15. Create arcs to cut @ 4 corners (arc polar) and cut down .04"
