Making Hot Sake by Espresso Machine

Normally, hot sake is made with boiling water or using a microwave. Just out of curiosity, I have attempted to make hot sake with taking advantage of the steam funtion of the espresso machine.

Step 1:

You can see bubbles in hot sake due to the steam funtion. I think the taste is much smoother than hot sake making with boiling water and using a microwave. Next time, I would love to try hot wine.
