Introduction: Making Mantown
This is a video I put together of the work I did to create my own man space, affectionately know as "Mantown" by friends and family. I put the video together in 2008, but this is the first time it has been published for public consumption. Be sure to stick around for the tour of the completed space at the end of the video. When I bought mine it was only $200, but they have gone up significantly since they became popular.

I would normally say this, but considering this IS Mantown, and it's for men, I don't mind publicly saying that if I had a Mantown like that, I'd jizz myself. Atleast once.

Very cool indeed!
I do have one comment, you said that you left carpeting to the pros after months of mudding. Carpeting is the easiest of all renovations. In fact, drywall is more than likely second or third hardest (next to tile and linoleum.)

Thanks for the comments. I had never done carpeting before and was gun shy after the mudding. I'm glad I had it done, because I got to watch the installation and know what to do now. There were several splices that had to be done on the carpet and the installers did a beautiful job of joining and blending in the cuts. I've seen plenty of carpets where the splice are obvious and/or coming apart. I have a high degree of confidance that these splices will not come apart or ever be visable.
