Making Work Fun: Setting Up Xbox Controller for Autodesk Inventor

So. First of all, I HAVE THE BEST BOSS ON EARTH for letting me bring in an XBOX controller to work. Our IT dept and Engineering Manager gave me the okay as long as I used it for work. So here is how to set up a game controller to work with Autodesk Inventor. I use a program called JoyToKey that lets you turn you controller into a modified mouse and keypad that can be programmed to work on several applications. I used a wired XBOX 360 controller running Microsoft software. The system automatically installed the controller, I just had to use JoyToKey to program the button functions

You can set up several functions per button strike if you want and automatically fill out data.
