Today, we are making a LEATHER VAPE CASE specifically SMOK NORD 2 VAPE CASE.

This craft is for novice crafters. For beginners you will need first to familiarize yourself with the tools, techniques and the crafting itself.

Let’s now make it:

Step 1: Pattern Printing

Print your A4 file which can be downloaded through this link:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcrFxRbPyPY

Now, after downloading. Print it and ready to cut.

Step 2: Cut Your Pattern

Cut your pattern using cutter or scissors. Or anything that you can use to cut paper. Also, prepare your leather and your masking tape.

Step 3: Attach Printout to Leather and Cut It

Now, prepare your leather. For this project, I'm using a Vegetable Tanned leather with 2.0mm thickness.

Place your printout to the leather and tape such pattern on the leather.

After that, you will now cut the leather as to the designed pattern.

Step 4: Punch, Trim and Bevel

Using your punch tool, or pricking iron. Punch through the appropriate line of holes for stitching.

After which, using a sandpaper trim the leather for proper alignment.

Then, using your beveler, bevel the edges to have more rounded structure of the leather.

Step 5: Slicker, Glue and Eyelet Punch

For this step, you have to slick the leather for the opening because its hard to slick the leather vape opening when it is already stitched through.

I used tokonole on this step but you can use water for a vegetable tanned leather for slicking.

Glue the parts together and ready to punch the eyelet.

Once the eyelet is already attached, it means that you have completed this step.

Step 6: Stitched Those Leather and Burnish Them

Now, ready your saddle stitching skills and put it into action.

After stitching all the parts of the design, get your lighter for the excess thread.

Using again a sandpaper, trim your edges for straight alignment for easier burnishing.

Upon completion of the previous step, get your tokonole and wood slicker and start burnishing.

Step 7: YOU'RE DONE

AND NOW YOU'RE DONE.
