Here’s how to make a mini basketball hoop, hope you enjoy! Here are the supplies.

Supplies

-Any cardboard box
-Scissors
-Tape
-6-7 popsicle sticks
-2 bottle caps
-Glue
-1 chopstick

Step 1:

First you need to cut a pretty big piece of cardboard out of your box. This piece can be any size that you want it to be.

Step 2:

Then you need to cut two smaller pieces out of you cardboard box. These need to be pretty small compared to the size of your other big piece.

Step 3:

Next you need to cut small wholes into your two small pieces of cardboard. These need to be a little bit bigger than the chopstick.

Step 4:

Next you need to glue your two small pieces of cardboard towards the back of your big piece. You can also use tape to support them. After that you need to stick you chopstick through both of them.

Step 5:

Next you need to take you popsicle sticks and cut one of the tips off them. Also I have one weird looking chopstick, you don’t need that I just thought it would help mine. You can use a normal one.

Step 6:

Next you need to glue all of them together like I did in the photo.

Step 7:

Then you need to cut a small piece of cardboard out of your box. This needs to be about the shape of a normal basketball backboard.

Step 8:

Next you need to glue the small piece of cardboard and one of the bottle caps to your popsicle sticks. This need to be on the opposite end of the end you cut the tips off the popsicle sticks.

Step 9:

Next you need to glue that on to your big piece of cardboard. You can also use tape to support it.

Step 10:

Then you need to cut your last popsicle sticks in half. If that’s is two short than you can take another popsicle stick and cut that to whatever you need. But after that you need to glue those to your last bottle cap.

Step 11: Finish

Now to finish it you need to glue what you just made to the chopstick, as I did in the photo. Now your finished! Also you can use a marble as your balls or anything else that would fit into the bottle caps.
