Introduction: Mango Papaya Chili Sorbet
This sorbet perfectly combines the sweet exotic taste of the mango and the papaya with the spicy taste of the pepper. If you want a normal mango papaya sorbet just omit the pepper!
Step 1: Ingredients
- A mango
- A papaya
- 1-2 strong chili peppers ( be careful one of these mini-peppers was already strong enough but if you are a chili expert go ahead and use as much as you want
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 90 grams sugar
- 85ml water
- Ice cream maker or freezer
- Blender or food processor
Step 2: Make Sugar Syrup
This step is simple: cook the water and the sugar on low heat until the sugar is dissolved, put the liquid in the refigerator while cutting the fruit.
