See how to make simple, instant, delicious and my favorite aam ka hing wala achar or Raw mango pickle with asafoetida. This recipe is close my heart as its my grand mum-in-laws recipe. Do check it out.

Ingredients:

Raw Mango (Kaccha Aaam) - 300 gms (3 pcs)

Asfoetida (hing) - 3/4 tsp

Salt - 1 tbsp

Red chili powder (coloured) - 1 tsp

Crushed Fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana) - 1 tsp

Crushed Fennel Seeds (Sauf) - 1 tbsp

Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp

Vinegar - 1 tbsp

Step 1: Method

1. Wash, peel and cut raw mangoes in small cubes. Add in all the masalas and toss well.2. Transfer the pickle in glass jar and keep in sunlight for 2-3 days.3. Store the pickle at room temperature for as long as 2-3 weeks.4. Serve this yummy and instant pickle recipe with your favorite Indian breakfast.
