Mango Smoothie

Intro: Mango Smoothie

This is a delicious summer recipe and easy to make. It is one of my favorite recipes and it is healthy. If you have over ripe bananas and don't want to bake banana bread, this is a great summer recipe for you.

STEP 1: What You Need

mango

banana

ice cream

milk

sugar

blender

cups

STEP 2: Making the Smoothie

Peel and cut the mango . Peel 2 bananas . Put bananas and mango in blender.

Add 2 scoops of ice cream. Pour about 1 cup of milk in blender . Blend very well. Add sugar as desired.

Serve smoothie.

STEP 3: Enjoy!

A tip for skinning ripe mangos: Cut all along the length of the mango (stem to tip and back). Then, grab it from the tip and pull! It comes right off if the mango is ripe enough.

The bananas are just very ripe...btw, the riper the banana gets, the more vitamins it produces, so this makes the smoothie even better for you. Now I will have to go get me another mango so I can try this recipe. Thanks for sharing it!
This recipe sounds delicious! But I think there is something wrong with your bananas, bro.
