Introduction: Instant Frozen Mangoe Smoothie/icecream

The easiest mangoe dessert ever. Can be made with milk or for the vegan and veggo crowd, what ever you like. This is fairly kid friendly too and they love making it. Takes about 60 seconds to get the mangoe out of the fridge, chopped up and blitzed. Obviously mangoe freezing time is not included.

Supplies

  • Ninja bullet or similar
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Frozen mangoe either cheeks or pulps doesn’t matter.
  • Fluid: milk, coconut cream/milk, water etc
  • Spoon

Step 1: Prep Ingredients

Chop frozen chunks into smaller pieces to fit into container.

Step 2: Add Liquid

Add only as much liquid as required to achieve desired thickness. I was making soft serve ice cream consistency. About 2 table spoons of milk. If you wanted a thick shake, add more. If you wanted milk shake, add more. Because the mangoe is already frozen, the ice cream is already made, we are just making it smooth.

Step 3: Blitz

Blitz until smooth. If making soft serve ice cream, it takes a bit of taping to get the frozen mangoe to move. The fluid is only there to help this process start. No fluid at all is really thick but harder to blitz. You can see in the pic it is not sliding to bottom of the jug.🤤

Step 4: Eat

Make sure you do this at home alone if you don’t like sharing. Spoons straight out like ice cream. Can add what ever you like to it.
