Marble Soap

Introduction: Marble Soap

If you want to do an easy yet amazing DIY then make your soap with your own personalised aspects. Perfects for gifts or just for some self care :) This DIY doesn't take long and is one of our favorites.

  • Unscented bar soap (of your choice)
  • Silicone mold
  • Natural food colouring
  • Essential oil (e.g) Vanilla, rose, lavender or peppermint
  • Heat safe bowl
  • toothpicks
  • spoon
  • Double boiler and a stovetop

Step 1: Preparations

Firstly you take your non-scented soap and melt it. We recommend that you break the soap up into pieces and put them in your heat safe bowl, therefore it will melt quicker.

Step 2: Melting

Then you would like to melt the soap in your double boiler when its done, carefully remove the bowl with your soap in it and place it aside.

Step 3: Pouring

thirdly take your bowl with the soap in it quickly before the soap solidifies and pour it carefully in the molds

Step 4: Scents

next take your chosen scent and pour it in the mold to your liking. Stir it around with a toothpick.

Step 5: Marbling

fifthly you want to put up to two-three colours in the soap mold's, after that you want to get the toothpick and stir the colours around to give a marbled affect.

Step 6: Let It Set/finished Product

Lastly you put them in the refrigerator and lat it set for 15-30 minutes.

Step 7: Enjoy Your All Done :)
