Introduction: Mariners Mussels (Clams, Mussles & Angel Hair)
A classic and delicious way to prepare this affordable shellfish that will have you licking your fingers and begging for more.
Step 1: Ingredients
Mussels
1 Can Clams
1/2 Cup Butter
1/3 Bottle of White Wine
2 Lemons
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Salt & Pepper
Angel Hair Pasta
Step 2: Cook Pasta
Cook angel hair pasta as directed.
Step 3: Get Saucy
Melt 1 cube butter in sauce pan.
Add:
1 Can Clams and it's juice
1/3 bottle white wine
Juice of one lemon
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Let that simmer while you cook the mussels.
Step 4: Use Your Mussels
Steam mussels 5-10 minutes.
Step 5: Time to Plate
Add pasta to plate.
Top with steamed mussels.
Laddle clam sauce over mussels and pasta.
Garnish with fresh parsley and a lemon slice.
Eat and Enjoy! Be sure to have some sliced bread available for dipping, this sauce is divine.

I think this looks delicious! That's saying a lot from me because I'm not a shell fish fan. I think I may have to try this though, it looks very elegant & high class. Job well done!
