Intro: Marshmallow Biscuits

STEP 1: Biscuits

Make plain biscuits, i made shortbreads by 1part flour, 3/4 part margarine and 1/2 part sugar.

Cut out circles out ad put them in a muffin tin like pie skins.

STEP 2: Cook

Cook them for 10minutes then wait until they're cooled down

STEP 3: Marshmallow

Pour double cream into a saucepan then put in about 2 handfuls of marshmallows and stir it until they melt and theres a pink kind of syrup. Pour it into the biscuits then put it in the fridge to set. Done :)

I used pink and white marshmallows :)

this seems like a good idea but can u be more precise about the measurements?

Yeah sure sorry its only because i wasnt really including the biscuits as part of this recipe as i was trying to keep it so you can make any biscuits you like :)
Here you go:
Biscuits-
•200g plain flour
•150g margarine
•100g sugar
(Should make about 18 biscuits)

Cream-
•1 cup of cream
•2-3 handfuls of marshmallows
