Intro: Marshmallow Muffins

Hi there! These muffins were a staple when I was growing up. They are a super quick and easy alternative to cinnamon rolls and using a marshmallow in the center creates a no fail gooey center. I love how these muffins always turn out great! You really can't mess them up.

STEP 1: Prepare the Marshmallows

  • First preheat your oven to 350F or 180C
  • Melt the butter in a microwave until it is liquid
  • Then in a separate small bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar together
  • Roll the marshmallows in the butter and then in the cinnamon and sugar until completely coated

STEP 2: Wrap the Marshmallow

  • Wrap the marshmallows in the refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Pinch the seams to seal it
  • Then roll each wrapped marshmallow in the remaining cinnamon and sugar

STEP 3: Bake

  • Line baking tray with muffin liners
  • Spray with nonstick cooking spray
  • Then place the crescent wrapped marshmallows in the liners and bake for 12 minutes

STEP 4: Eat!

Finally, enjoy!

I like having mine with strawberries and whipped cream.
