I'm going to show you how to make this awesome mask!!!

Step 1: Materials

The materials you are going to need are:

-Balloon

-Water

-Glue

-Scissor

-News paper

-Soup plate

-Paint

-Paint brush

-Elastic band

Step 2: Glue and News Paper

Now you need to mix your glue and your water in the soup plate. When you're done mixing cut the news paper and glue it to the balloon like this, keep doing that until you have four layers of news paper.

Step 3: Glue Layer

Now add an extra layer of glue with your brush, and it should look like this. When you are finished let let it dry for 24 hours.

Step 4: Paint It

Now you just need to paint the mask however you want to but I'm making Jack Skellington, use the pictures if you're also making Jack Skellington.

Step 5: Finish It

Make holes in the place where you want the eyes to be in with your scissors, and two more holes in the sides where you will put your elastic band.

Step 6: Done!!!

Now that you're done you can use it in Halloween or scare your friends!!!!
