Introduction: Masterdude Standard Gear

About: I make K'nex guns, specializing in semi-automatic, RBG-Slingshot hybrid systems which i use in most of my guns. Note: I am not responsible in any way for any damage, injury, or death caused by my Instructable…
This is a collection of gear which can be put on some previous and future projects. I put this together so that in the future I will not have to repost instructions on how to make a certain item of gear on an I'ble which can accept it but just link over to this I'ble.

Contents:
  • Front Grip
  • Bayonet
  • Telescopic Bipod
  • Adjustable Sight
  • Grenade Launcher

Step 1: Front Grip

Just a front grip. It's different than my previous ones and is a bit unusual but it is good and rather comfortable.

Image 2: Make 1.
Image 3: Add white rods as shown to the first part.
Image 4: Add the second part.
Image 5: Last attach the first part as shown to finish it off.
Image 6: Attached to the barrel.

Step 2: Bayonet

A bayonet to put at the end of the barrel. It's probably just for looks. I don't think it would be a good idea to fool around with it.

Image 1: Make 2.
Image 2: Make 1.
Image 3: Add white rods as shown to the first part.
Image 4: Add the second part.
Image 5: Last attach the first part as shown to finish it off.
Image 6: Attached to the barrel.

Step 3: Bipod

A bipod similar to my previous but with a major difference. Its legs are telescopic. Its legs also snap into place when spread out far enough.

Image 1: Make these.
Image 2: Attach orange connectors as shown.
Image 3: Add gray rods and Y-clips, and small gears at the ends of the gray rods as in the image.
Image 4: Now make this.
Image 5: Attach a ball-and-socket joint attached by a Y-clip to a white rod as shown.
Image 6: Cover with a blue 3D connector.
Image 7: Add red connectors with blue rods.
Image 8: Red connectors on the other side as well.
Image 9: Attach the parts you've made as shown.
Images 10-11: The bipod unfolded, second image has the legs extended.
Image 12: Attaching the pivot to the barrel.
Image 13: Attaching the legs up to the barrel while the bipod is not in use.

Step 4: Scope

Like my previous scopes it's an adjustable dot scope.

Images 1-3: Make one of each (Parts A-C).
Image 4: Make 3 (Part D).
Image 5: Add blue rods to Part A as shown.
Image 6: Attach Part D, silver spacer, gray and light gray connectors.
Image 7: Add Parts C & D, and gray spacers and metallic blue clip.
Image 8: Attach Part D, silver spacer, gray and light gray connectors.
Image 9: Cover with Part B.
Images 10-12: On the other side attach gray connector, tan clip, and small gear.
Image 13: Attached to top of gun.
Image 14: FPS view down the scope.
Image 15: Orange connector is horizontal adjustment, gear is vertical adjustment.

Step 5: Grenade Launcher

An under-barrel grenade launcher. It comes in two forms. A more pistol like form with a grip and pull trigger, and a more compact squeeze trigger one which has no handle, you just hold the gun by the barrel and squeeze the trigger bar up to fire. The grenade explodes on impact shooting spacers.

Images 1-2: Make one of each.
Image 3: Attach white and blue rods as shown.
Image 4: Add blue spacers, and gray and light gray connectors.
Image 5: Attach the two parts together as shown.
Image 6: Add gray connectors and white rod with gray connector.
Image 7: Add orange and gray connectors.
Image 8: Add hinge and gray connectors.

Barrel Grip Version:
Image 9: Make 2.
Image 10: Make 1.
Image 11: Attach white rods as shown.
Image 12: Attach gray connectors and the other part as shown.
Image 13: Cover with the last part.
Image 14: Attach this to the previous part.
Image 15: Attached to the barrel.

Pistol Grip Version:
Images 16-17: Make 2 of each.
Image 18: Make 1.
Image 19: Add white rods as shown.
Image 20: Attach the part.
Image 21: Add the last parts.
Image 22: Attach this to the previous part.
Image 23: Attached to the barrel.

Grenade and Operation:
Image 20-21: Make the grenade like shown. The silver spacers can be substituted by blue spacers.
Image 22: Attach the rubberband to the ends as shown.
Image 23: Then hook the grenade on the rubberband, pull it back and insert the gray connector between the white connectors, and push the trigger mech up so it locks in place. Pull or squeeze the trigger to fire (depending on which form you make).
