Materials

For this project, you will need:
-2 similar, straight cups 
-a knife 
-glue 
-sealant
-ribbon

Step 1: Step 1

cut off the top portion off of one cup

Step 2: Step 2

insert the cut cup into the full cup. glue it in place. 

Step 3: Step 3

cut a flap in the bottom cup, making sure to not puncture the top cup. 

Step 4: Step 4

glue the ribbon around the cut to conceal it, while making sure it still opens. then continue to decorate the cup to avoid any suspicion. 

Step 5: Step 5

seal the top edge of the cup neatly with a water proof sealant.
