Introduction: Bacon "Cupcake" (with Cheese Filling)
This is a quick instructable for those of you who enjoy bacon!
Step 1: What You Need:
Ingredients:
-Bacon
-Shredded Cheese
Tools:
-Cupcake Cups
-Cupcake Baking Sheets
Step 2: BACON NOM NOM
Cover each cup on the cupcake sheet with bacon. Make sure to layer the bacon and that it reaches all the way down to the bottom of the cup.
Step 3: Filling the Bacon
Fill the pocket of bacon with shredded cheese.
Step 4: Folding the Bacon
Fold the bacon so that it cover the cheese entirely. When you are done, put some shredded cheese on top.
Step 5: Baking
Bake the cupcakes at 350 for 20 minutes
Step 6: EAT
Once the "cupcakes" are done baking, it is ready to eat! Enjoy!

theres a lot you can do with bacon.. my favorite is a bacon square weave for tacos...

How crunchy does the bacon end up? Cuz even the slightest chewy piece and it's garbage to me. That's why I use turkey bacon, cuz it gets crunchy quicker without burning it.

I might mod this reduce cheese add an egg to each one and fold and top with cheese again.
We'll see.

This is amazing! However, I think I'll put a slice of baguette bread inside the muffin under the cheese to soak up a lot of the "greasy goodness". Thanks for a smokin' instructable
