Here presenting you "bubble" an amazing low cost with crystal clear audio and awesome bass woofer (Bluetooth) woofer(SPEAKER).

I was always fascinated with music and beats , ultimately with bass always favorite among highs and mids and tones ,so one day I decided to purchase one best sounding Bluetooth woofer\speaker , but there was a big problem for me that they all were very expensive and not at all pocket friendly for me so I decided to make my own , that's it here's my project : )


IN this instructable Tutorial I will try to share my cost effective woofer or speaker project , It has Bluetooth as interfacing circuit with mobile , this project is make with very common and taking into consideration of low cost materials so u do not face any problem in building 'bubble' , also I will provide all the necessary links where you can buy all the stuff easily , here we have used one woofer and tweeter for lows and highs and mids .

Step 1: Who Want to Buy Amplifire

IF YOU WANT TO BUY ONE : -

HERE I HAVE GIVEN CIRCUIT OF (TPA316d2) THIS REDIMADE AMPLIFIRE BOARD GIVES THE SAME OUTPUT

RESULT AS COMPARED TO OUR OWN BUILT , ALSO ALL CONNECTIONS ARE SIMILAR FOR THIS MODULE .

  1. INFORMATION OF (TPA316d2) :-

1 Amplifier Chip: TPA3110.

2 Working Voltage: DC 8-26V.

3 Output Power: 1 x 30W.

4 Applicable Speaker Impedance: 4/6/8 ohm(4 ohms Best)

5 DC 8-26V TPA3110 PBTL Mono Digital Amplifier Board AMP Module 1x30W for Arduino.

6 Mono digital audio power amplifier chip.

7 30W output and low power consumption.

8 Sound quality is very good by using this module.

9 Applicable speaker impedance: 4/6/8 ohm(8 ohm is the best).

10 Application: DIY Bluetooth speaker, home and car audio system modification.

Step 2: Constructing Amplifier Board

PLEASE NOTE : USE ONLY 5V REGULATED POWER SUPPLY . A 5v Dc Supply is require by using LM7805 IC)


Best Bluetooth MP3 Module with, 5v Amplifier Chip, 7805 Voltage Regulator and Filter Capacitors free.


For LA4440 IC

•4440 is a two channel audio power amplifier IC with inbuilt in dual channels enables it for stereo and bridge amplifier applications. In dual mode it gives 6 W per channel and in bridge mode 19 W output. It has good ripple rejection of 46dB, small residual noise, built in over voltage and surge voltage protection etc. ideal feature of the IC is its pin-to-pin protection. Features of 4440 Built in two channels to use as Mono and Stereo Dual mode 6W x 2 and Bridge mode 19W 46 dB Ripple rejection 18V Max. Power handling and 12V typical Good channel separation and low distortion Built in Audio Muting function and Pin-to-Pin protection Surge protection circuitry.

Can be extended upto 80w using other components like capacitors and semiconductors.

Step 4: Connecting Ground

NOTE :- here take your la 4440ic and solder to (pcb) , to explain you the circuit here i am not using (pcb),but you should , if you don't know how to solder components on pcb , YouTube has many tutorials you can follow them....

1 ] solder 3rd , 6th ,8th , 14th pin at one wire these all pinouts are used for ground connection.


Step 5: Connecting Capacitor and Resistors

2] Connect

FOR 100UF/25v capacitor

1st] 100uf/25v capacitor to - negative = 3rd pin , positive = 5th pin

2nd} 100uf/25v capacitor to -negative = 9th pin , positive =10th pin

3rd}100uf/25v capacitor to -negative = 12th pin ,positive= 13th pin

2nd]FOR 47uf/16v capacitor

1st} 47uf/16v capacitor to - positive =1st pin , negative = both to each other

2nd}47uf/16v capacitor to - positive =7th pin , negative = both to each other

3] FOR 680 ohm resistor = connect one pin two 3rd pin of la4440 and other to negatives of both

47uf/16v capacitors

Step 6: CONNECTING AUDIO & SPEAKER

1] FOR 100ohm RESISTOR & AUDIO:- connect one end to 2nd pin of la4440 and another to RIGHT or LEFT

OF AUDIO IN.

-AUDIO GROUND TO ALL GROUND PINS = 3,6,8,14 pins of la4440IC

-AUDIO CHANNEL RIGHT OR LEFT TO 100OHM RESISTOR.

2] FOR SPEAKERS = CONNECT ONE WIRE TO 10TH PIN & ANOTHER TO 12TH PIN.


NOTE :- Connect both woofer and tweeter in parallel they will adjust automatically their highs and tones.


3]FOR 12V POWER SUPPLY =CONNECT +VE TO 11TH PIN & NEGATIVE TO 14TH.

NOW WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED YOUR AWESOME AMPLIFIRE BOARD : )

Step 7: CONNECTING 7805IC TO BLUETOOTH MODULE

FOR POWERING BLUETOOTH MODULE

CONNECT 12 VOLT 2AMP POWER SUPPLY = POSITIVE TO INPUT PIN AND NEGATIVE TO GROUND PIN OF 7805 IC AS SHOWN IN THE DIAGRAM .

NOW CONNECT POSITIVE PIN OF 5V BLUETOOTH MODULE TO OUTPUT PIN OF 7805IC AND NEGATIVE OF BLUETOOTH MODULE TO GROUND PIN OF 7805IC.

Step 8: CONNECTING RIGHT CHANNEL & POWERING UP BUBBLE

CONNECTING AUDIOS:-

CONNECT RIGHT CHANNEL OF BLUETOOTH MODULE TO AUDIO INPUT OF LA4440IC AMPLIFIRE and GROUND OF BLUETOOTH MODULE TO GROUND AUDIO INPUT PIN OF AMPLIFIRE BOARD .

TO POWER UP BUBBLE CONNECT BOTH 12v2amps INPUTS OF BLUETOOTH MODULE AND AMPLIFIRE BOARD WITH 12volts2amps of power supply.

Step 9: Connecting RGB's

While connecting power sources make sure if you are also using rgb's like me to connect 12v power supply to them also ,

Here I am using 12v rgb's which comes with built in ir sensor and remote to control led brightness color and effects , I have place them asper my need , so you can also easily cut or bent them asper your box size and shape.

ABOUT RGBS :-LED STRIP make many color reflection by using three LED red green and blue by using Remote, led strip lights are waterproof with unlimited colors and 8 light patterns: Fast/ Slow/ Auto/ Flashing/ 3 color jump change/ 7 color jump change/ 3 color fade change/ 7 color fade change and R/G/B increase and decrease

(RED GREEN BLUE ).





Step 10: Making It ECHO Proof

Putting some foam so that they can produce thumping bass and clear audio.

Step 11: Packing Stuff Inside

HERE WE ARE AT OUR AT ENDING , FITTING ALL THE STUFF INSIDE WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE BECAUSE ITS POWERFUL AND CAN HOLD MATERIAL PORPERLY, TEST ONEC THAT IT IS WORKING AND then place Bluetooth module, amplifier board ,7805ic and close tightly with the help of screwdrivers ,also glue rgb's as you like outside the box.

Step 12: Yes Last and Important Step to Decorate Bubble

HERE AS YOU CAN SEE I AM USING POSCA PEN AND SOME MARKERS TO DRAW BUBBLY TECTURE .

LOOKING : ) BEAUTIFULL

ALSO I WAS NOT HAVING LEGS TO MY BUBBLE SO ADDING LEGS , made with old metal pulleys , coloring them metallic blue looks awesome .

Step 13: Just Plug It In

WHORRAY , COMPLETED IT ALL , GREAT SUCESS, WE HAVE MADE AN AWESOME BLUETOOTH WOOFER

JUST PLUG IN AND ENJOY THUMPING BASS , GREAT MIDS , FABOLOUS TONES AND HEIGHS
