Introduction: Mess-Free Eggs
Eggs are a staple of breakfast and are relatively easy to make. One thing they are not, however, is mess-free to make. They require a pan and spatula to get dirty and might even dirty up the stove top. This instructable shows an easy way to take the mess out of making eggs.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
2 Eggs per serving
Added Ingredients to the Eggs (Meat, Cheese, etc.)
Seasoning for Eggs (Salt, Pepper, etc.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Equipment:
Pot
Ziplock Bag
Eating Utensils
Step 1: Preparations
Start the preparations by filling the pot with water and start heating it to slightly below a boil. While the water heats up, crack the eggs into the ziplock bag. Make sure to mix up the bag with your hands to scramble the eggs. Then chop up the ingredients that you want to add to the eggs. I chose ham and cheese because I am a simple person. Mix in those ingredients to the ziplock bag and you are done with preparations.
Step 2: Cooking
Make sure the water is not boiling, then add the ziplock bag to the water. Once the bag is in the water let the bag sit for 10 to 20 minutes or until the egg is no longer a liquid.
Step 3: Finishing Touches
Take the ziplock bag out of the water. Add any seasonings like salt or pepper to finish the eggs. Finally, enjoy the eggs out of the bag or on a plate.
