Intro: Metal Stamped Emoji Charms
Use your metal stamping skills to create whimsical emoji charms. Stamp into brass or aluminum or Alkeme stamping blanks and highlight your impressions with stamp enamel. In less than 30 minutes you can be wearing your emoji!

STEP 1: Tools Needed
- 1/2" Circle Tag with Ring
- 18 Gauge 3/16" Jump Ring
- Juniper Letter Stamps Uppercase
- Juniper Letter Stamps Lowercase
- Juniper Letter Stamps Numbers
- Ergo-Angle Hammer (or other brass hammer)
- Steel Block
- Stamp Enamel
- Polishing Cloth (or other soft cloth)
- Chain Nose Pliers
- Flat Nose Pliers
- Stamp Straight Tape
STEP 2: Tape Circle Blank to Steel Block
- Place Stamp Straight Tape approximately halfway down the blank
STEP 3: Stamp the Eyes on the Circle Blank
- Choose a stamp for the eyes: O (uppercase and lowercase); l (lowercase); v (lowercase); c (lowercase)
- Slide the stamp down on the blank until it catches on the tape
- Strike the stamp with a brass hammer with medium force

STEP 4: Stamp the Mouth
- Remove the tape
- Choose a stamp for the mouth: D (uppercase); O (uppercase); P (uppercase or lowercase); l (lowercase); C (uppercase); 3 (number)
- Strike the stamp with a brass hammer with medium force
STEP 5: Highlight Your Impression With Stamp Enamel
- Apply stamp enamel to the impression
- Use a Q-tip to make sure the impression is completely covered
- Blot using a soft cloth
- Wipe off the excess stamp enamel gently with a soft cloth

STEP 6: ​Use the Stamps Below to Create More Emojis!
- Eyes: O (uppercase and lowercase); l (lowercase); v (lowercase); c (lowercase)
- Eyebrows: , (comma in the lowercase set)
- Mouth: D (uppercase); O (uppercase); P (uppercase or lowercase); l (lowercase); C (uppercase); 3 (number)
STEP 7: Attach the Emoji Charms to a Bracelet or a Chain
- Use two pairs of pliers to open the jump ring
- Place the jump ring through the ring on the charm
- Place the bracelet or the chain through the jump ring
- Use two pairs of pliers to close the jump ring
