Introduction: Mickey Mouse Oreos
Kids of all ages(and adults) will love this fun snack.
Step 1: To Get Started
You will need:
Oreos - I like to buy the family pack (shown) or the real big package from Costco because they have individual sleeves you you can kind of customize the portion you need.Meaning if you only need 10 Oreos you dont have to eat the whole package before it goes stale. And it is cheaper too.
Mini Oreos
Red Chocolate Melts- I buy these from Michaels http://www.michaels.com/Melts/products-bakeware-candymaking-melts,default,sc.html
Small sprinkles (circles)
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
To melt the chocolate, simply put it in the microwave with just a small amount of crisco(optional) at 1/2 power for 30 second intervals until melted.(stirring often)Then dip the regular size oreo about half way. Set them on wax paper, put 2 little white round sprinkles on them. Now cool in the fridge for about 15 min.
Step 3:
Use your spoon to "draw " 2 lines with the remaining chocolate.Put part of the regular cookie on the lines and then put 2 mini oreos. Make sure that you let it chill well so they can be "glued "together. That's it. It's a cute, easy fun snack.

This is awesome. I'm debating showing this to my parents in fear that the local grocery store will have an Oreo shortage.
