Introduction: 2 Minute Brownie
Do you ever have that sudden chocolate craving? And you have to have it? Right at the moment? Because, same!
This is the simplest brownie recipe you will come across. The lesser the prep time, the better.
I hope you enjoy it!
Let's start!
Step 1: You Will Need
For a single serving, you will need:
DRY INGREDIENTS
• 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 4 tbsp powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• less than a pinch of baking soda
WET INGREDIENTS
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp water
Step 2: Put Together the Dry Ingredients
Simply grab a microwave-safe cup and put in all the dry ingredients and mix.
Step 3: Add the Wet Ingredients
Step 4: Mix and Microwave
Mix with a fork; make sure you reach that gooey state and no powder is left.
And microwave it for a minute. It depends on the power. So keep an eye. If it is still gooey after a minute, give a further round for 15 seconds or so. Basically, you want to microwave till when you touch the surface, nothing comes off. And again be careful not to overcook
Step 5: Done
Enjoy the moist goodness!

Wow, this was great the first time, thanks for sharing! I tweaked the following:
- reduced sugar to only 3 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence to make up for less sugar
- pinch of salt

This worked really well! My only suggestion is that it's a little dry, but otherwise it was great! All microwaves are different so I only had it in for 30 seconds. Thank you for this recipe it's delicious!
