so i am telling you a command that i like just in 3 steps so lets get started

Step 1: Get Command Block

to get command block type /give @p command_block

Step 2: Title Command

now place and type in command block "title @p title {"text":"I am the best","color":"blue","bold":true}

Step 3: Done!
