Introduction: Mini Iced Shrimp Cocktail
I got a frozen Ice cube tray in the form of shot glasses, I was inspired to go beyond using this for a drink and came up with the idea for a shrimp cocktail. The only problem I have is the glass melting so putting it on a small square dish would be sufficient.
Items needed-
*shot glass ice cube tray form- got mine at sur la table for 12.95
*2 thawed shrimp per glass form
*cocktail sauce

The first thing to do is get your ingrediants together, freeze the tray of ice. About 1.5 hours. Thaw your shrimp out. Keep tail on so people have something to use to dip, this is a finger food. Put cocktail sauce in shot glass about halfway full, not to waste cocktail sauce by filling all the way up=) Serve. This appetizer is crazy simple other than finding the shot glass form...Thanks for viewing and trying out my instructible.
