Mini Miter Box
Intro: Mini Miter Box
Mini miter box for a 0.01 kerf razor saw.
STEP 1: Cut Wood
Cut some MDF and wood to desired box length and width.
STEP 2: Rout
Use a router to create a lip for the rails to sit on.
STEP 3: Rails
Cut rails at 30, 45, and 90 degrees.
STEP 4: Align
Line up the rail pieces so all desired angles fit the length of the box.
STEP 5: Glue
Glue the rail pieces in place. Sandwich the saw between pieces to maintain the correct spacing. Use a square for the 90 degree angle.
STEP 6: Cut
Put the box to use.

May i ask why do you need a Miter-Box if you have a Miter-Saw? (Other than the fact that someone that doesn't have one, could make this at a workshop...)

You might want to saw a small kerf line into something like an instrument neck to add frets or you might have very small and delicate pieces that would be dangerous and cumbersome to cut with a large power miter saw.
