Mini Spear Gun

Step 1: Stuff You Need

Pvc pipe about 1inch diameter Some rubber bands or paracord Some cable ties

Step 2: Cutting the PVC Pipe

Cut the PVC pipe to about 20 cm long

Step 3: Rubber Bands

If you don't have para cord use rubber bands If you have small rubber bands cut them in half And tie them together until you have a big one TIE THEM LIKE THIS

Step 4: Toeing Them to the PVC Pipe

Use the cable ties to tie the rubber bands on

Step 5: Then Your Finished

Then you can cut the cable ties and make your own spear or stick by dint be an idiot and shoot at people :)

I don't see para cord working in place of rubber bands.Para cord is not elastic,at least nowhere near enough to power any type of projectile.
