It is a long list, I know
I made a parallelepiped box you chan do a different form
The dimensions of the box are: H-10,8cm L-5,8cm l-5cm
If you make a different form be careful when you calculate the dimensions.
Step 1: Step 1
First step take the plywood, draw the lines after that use the fretwork to cut the plywood.
cut 5 parts, dimensions 10x5cm
2 parts, dimensions 5,8x5cm
measure the diametre of the speaker with the subler (calipers) then draw the circle with the compass on the front piece then cutt the circle
After that sandpaper the parts , make sure that the parts are equal.
On the front piece drill two holes , see the picture and make sure that the (seibi) don't heat the speaker membane.
Step 2: Step 2
Build the box, see pictures
Step 3: Step 3
After the glue dries
1)sandpaper the box
2)make a hole for the mini socket
3)glue some some wood piece that will keep the front panel, make shure it is good , last picture,
Step 4: Step 4
Make the front panel, thake a 10x5cm piece
1)sandpaper the corners
2)draw a lines, 5mm from the corners, tham cut the frame
3)take a black marker and paint the frame
4)put some glue on the frame, stretch the thin sock then press it on the frame, when the glue dries , cut the rest with a sharpe knife,
Step 5: Step 5
Take the mini socket
1)take it apart
2)sandpaper the legs
3)cut 12cm of whire
4)solder the wires to the legs
Step 6: Step 6
Paint the box
1)after the paint dries, insert and glue the mini socket
2)draw a + and a -on the mini socket
3)solder the capacitor to the speaker and the wires, watch the +and - it's important
4)scrow the speaker in the box
5)insert the front panel
6)FINISH

Now I know some things that wen I made this instructables I didn't know.
First, don't put the capacitor, just connect the wires directly to the speaker, and when you make a filtre for some speakers, don't use electrolitic capacitor.

Dumb question, but how does the capacitor filter the connection when it's in parallel to the speaker?

A man told me to put a capacitor on a tweeter and i know that he told me to put the capacitor in parallel, looking on the internet I think that I puted the capacitor wrong.
