A Miss La Sen paper toothpick holder is rather funny.

Step 1: Download This Pattern for the Toothpick Holder Shape and Print It Out in A4 Size Paper.

Step 2: Download This Pattern for the Miss La Sen Head Shape and Print It Out in A4 Size Paper.

Step 3: Cut Out This Pattern on the Cardboard.

Step 4: Fold It Like the Picture.

Step 5: Glue It Like the Picture.

Step 6: Punch 2 Holes at 2 Sides to Poke the Arrow Tabs.

Step 7: Close the Lid

Step 8: Cut Out the Miss La Sen Head on the Art Paper.

Step 9: Cut the Headband and Glue It Onto the Head.

Step 10: Cut the Eyes, Mouth, Cheeks, Flower... Glue Them Onto the Head.

Step 11: Glue Miss La Sen Head Onto the Holder. Put the Toothpicks in This Holder.

Use the hemp string to tie around the holder.
