Mobile Phone Faraday Case

Tools and Materials

• Basic fabric
• Scissors
• Aluminum foil
• Super glue
• Velcro
• Ruler
• iPhone

Step 1: Construct the Case

• Using your phone as a measurement tool, cut out the outline of your case, leaving about an inch of border on each side

Step 2: Aluminum Foil

• Place aluminum foil in the case, using about 6-10 sheets as needed and super glue it to the fabric

Step 3: Construct the Pouch

• Place your phone in the middle of the aluminum side of the constructed case
• Place Side 1 (bottom tab facing you) over your phone
• Place Side 2 (right fold) over your phone
• Glue Side 1 and Side 2 together
• Place Side 3 (left fold) over Sides 1 and 2
• Glue the open flap
• Turn over what you have completed so far
• Fold top flap down

Step 4: Add Velcro

• Where the top flap folds down, glue two pieces of velcro underneath the folded tab
• Put velcro inside the flap to ensure it closes completely
