Introduction: Model to Murder in 15 Minutes

Who says that sweet "innocent" face we see in magazines is really so innocent? Bring out the worst in models using Picnik, a free online photo editor with sweet Halloween options.

Step 1: Choose Your Victim

Pick a model, any model. But make sure you get a good face shot! Nobody wants to spend extra time working on a tiny face that nobody can really see anyways. Go to picnik.com and upload your photo of choice to get the ball rolling.

Step 2: Change Skin Tone

Everyone will agree that a light, pale skin tone is the scariest. It gives the illusion that somebody never ever goes out in the sun, like vampires. To change the skin tone, first visit the "Basic edits" tab. Click on exposure and lighten up your photo a little, being careful not to lighten the background too much, making it all too obvious that the photo has been edited. Next, click on the feautured (or Seasonal if it isn't Halloween time) and find Draculan Dermis , which will make the model even more pale.

Step 3: Give Your Model a Makeover

Go to the touch-up tab and change your model's eye color to a more intense and more dramatic shade. This gives the illusion that the model is sweet and innocent. Next, change the lip color to a dark and devious shade of either red or black. Then choose Highlights (yes, for hair.) and highlight the eye of the model, changing it to a redish color to make it look scary and swollen.

Step 4: Add a Texture and SAVE!

Revisit the halloween section and go to textures. There is one of blood dripping down the wall, and if you choose this one it looks like your model is covered in blood. Then go to the Save option and publish your artwork!
