Are you fascinated with the 90s? The 90s is still a popular makeup style to this day. It's known for its pretty smokey sultry eyes. It has beautiful cool toned shadows. This is how you do 90s makeup with a twist.

Supplies

The supplies you are going to need are:

Makeup brushes
Beauty blender
Eye shadow pallet
Foundation
Blush
Contour
Bronzer
Mascara
Brow pencil or Eyebrow gel
Eyeliner
Lashes ( Big or Small)

Step 1: Foundation

Moisturize before the application. Foundation after moisturizer and blend the foundation out.

Step 2: Finishing the Skin

Apply concealer to get rid of unwanted dark circles or blemishes on the face. Then, apply contour on your cheek bones, jawline, forehead, and the nose. After applying those two products, apply the power (loose or pressed powder) to set the face to help not to crease the makeup.

Step 3: Doing the Eye Makeup

Apply a cool brown tone to the crease and blend it out. To make it look more diffused and natural. After, apply a beige shadow to the lid then apply a dark brown to the corner of the eye.Then,blend it out. Apply liquid eyeliner to the lash line. Then, do a flick of the end of the liner for a wing.

Step 4: Doing the Eyelashes!

Apply the mascara. Apply glue to eyelashes and wait about 30 seconds. Then you apply them to the eyes following the lash line to give more of a natural appearance.

Step 5: Eyebrow Drawing

Fill in the eyebrows with a brow pencil. Fill it into the point where it follows the shape of your brow. Then use a spoolie to fade out the beginning of the brow, to prevent the appearance of blocks on the eyebrows. This is how you complete a 90s makeup look with a modern twist.
