Mr.Squid

In this tutorial, you will learn how to make a new squid friend! And guess what...it's super simple! Enjoy!!!!

Step 1: Supplies

For this tutorial, you only need a few simple things;
-Paper of your choice(any size, any pattern)
-Scissors
-Tape (or glue, but I find tape easier)
-Market/sharpie (optional. It's for drawing a face)

Step 2: Tentacles

The second step, is making your squid's tentacles. Start cutting thin strips down one side of you paper. Make them about half the paper long. DON'T CUT YOUR PAPER IN HALF!!!!

Step 3: Shaping the Squid

Next, roll your squid into a cylinder.(but first, sweep the tentacles across your hand, it feels funny!) Make it as fat or as skinny as you want! Then tape it together. (Make sure you don't tape the tentacles together)

Step 4: The Face!!!!

This part is optional, but who doesn't want a face on their squid! Take your marker or sharpie or whatever and give it face! You can make it cute and nice, or evil and angry. It's your squid!

Step 5: Finished!

Now your squid is finished! But wait...you have to give it a name! You could also take an extra piece of paper and cover the top if you wanted. Enjoy your new squid friend!
