Winter is ending. With it ends the supply of winter greens. Besides the usual, mustard greens are easily available this time around and this is stir fry is us making merry while it shines. This is very different from the sarson ka saag we showed you last week. So, don’t hold back.

This creamy curry can be eaten with any flat bread or rice. Personally we find it tastes better with bread than rice. Before we go any further, let us issue a word of caution. This is a high calorie recipe, be wise and mind your portions. Our recipe will yield 4 servings, with 472 kilocalories in each.
