Unless your someone who wastes there time on youtube videos, and knows all those memes, then you probably wont get this. Well, I did a sketch of Vegeta from the vid IT'S OVER 9000!!!!!! It's my first speed sketch. I might do more if I get positive feedback if not then  whatever. Enjoy!
