This knex gun fires rubber bands pretty far, depending on how much you spin the wheel.

Step 1: Collecting the Parts

Hey! Im Tom, and this is my first instructable! -Woot-. Anyways.
Gather up the pieces needed to make this gun. What you need are..

Red Rods(2x)
Black Stopper things with 1 peg on them,(4x)
Red 3 slot connectors (5x)
Green Rods (7x)
White Rods (7x)
Orange Connectors- Straight, 2slot ones (2x)
Other orange connectors, curved, (2x)
Yellow Connectors, (2x)
White snowflake connector, (1x)
Rod enders, the shiny blue things, 4x.
Blue rings (2x)

Step 2: The Back.

Ok. Look at the picture, and make it. Its kinda hard to describe, lol.(Btw, sry for the glare on the snowflake connector.)

Step 3: The Other Side!

Again, follow the picture, Btw. Connect a red red facing straight from the 2 red connectors by the yellow ones. Not the top one. You cant really see the rods.

Step 4: Almost There! Respect to Connect, Lol.

Connect the two sides via the red rods. make sure you have your black stoppers in front and in back on the back piece!

Step 5: Ready, Aim, Fire!

Put the rubber band over the green peg sticking out of the top red connector, also on a slot of the snowflake one. Spin the snowflake so the end of the band is almost touching itself. Then let go!

Btw, i used some of the wrong pieces, due to the lack of the right ones. Have fun!
