Hi guys,
I thought, I need one motivational quote wall hanger to motivate my daily routine.
So that I started doing that, exactly one year before on plaster of Paris (POP), But some reason that plan became failure.
This time I made as I thought one 3D motivational quote wall hanger fully made out of cardboard+thermocol+glue+fabric paints.

Step 1: LETTERS - FONT GENERATION

MATERIAL REQUIRED ;
1, pen
2, scale
3, pro-circle
4, cardboard.
First decide your quote, size of the letters and size of the board hang in wall.
I planned smaller size letters in 6*6 cm box and designed all letters in "NEVER GIVE UP".
To create Curves in some letters user pro-circle to join it and also draw 3 dots in diameter 2cm.

Step 2: CUT LETTERS FROM CARDBOARD

Once happy with your letters design and size, cut it out using precision knife. Also cut out 3 dots.

Step 3: TRACE YOUR FONTS

Trace your letters fonts on either cardboard, you have two identical copies of the cardboard letter, make sure two letters line up perfectly.

Step 4: CUT LETTERS

Cut also that fonts and 3 dots by using precision knife.

Step 5: THERMOCOL FIXING

Use 2cm thick thermocols and stick it one side of cardboard letters.
Same thick thermocols surves same order letters.
Sticking thermocols give thickness to letters.

Step 6: FIX 2nd LETTER

Fix 2nd cardboard letter to the other side the thermocol and let it to dry.

Step 7: BUILT WALL ON LETTERS

Use cardboard paper sheet strips and built wall on letters, after completing this step, approximately 3cm thick letters we will get.

Step 8: COLOURING - LETTERS

Step 9: BOARD GENERATION

Take cardboard of 90*20 cm rectangular shape and prepare it as board.

Step 10: BUILT WALL ON BOARD

By using cardboard paper strips to cover It's 4 sides and make it like wood board.

Step 11: COLORING - BOARD

Colour board as your creative increases pretty while hanging in wall..

Step 12: STICK LETTERS ON BOARD

By using glue stick coloured letters on board and make sentence.

Step 13: HOLDER

I don't like to hit nails on walls, so that make holder either way.
To make holder, stick 'L' shaped cardboard stopper on the length of the board both ends on the wall.
This holds the board and also allows the board UP and DOWN while want to take out.

Step 14: 1st ATTEMPT - FAILURE

Exactly before one year onwards, I try the same at POP but some reason it became failure.

Step 15: CONCLUSION

As I thought,I did one 3D motivational quote wall hanger to my daily motivation and hang it ahead of my working table as frequently sighted .
It gives motivation while seeing it to do great things because NEVER GIVE UP.....
