Introduction: National Ice Cream Sunday Brownies

What you need:
  1 box of brownie mix + whatever the mix calls for
  Vanilla frosting
  Chocolate sprinkles
  Green Spinkles
  Cocoa-optional
  Crisco-optional
  Water-optional



What I did:
  I mixed the brownies according to the box, but I added 2 Tablespoons of crisco,  2 tablespoons of cocoa, and  a 1/2 teaspoon of water, you don't have to do this, but it makes it slightly richer. I then baked the brownies in a greased cupcake pan, which I almost always do. When they were cool I took them out of the pan and piped the white vanilla icing on top, remember not ot use it all, you'll need some for the cherry. Next I spinkled the chocolate spinkles on top, then I colored the rest of the frosting with food coloring until it was the color I wanted, then I piped the "cherries" on top and added a green sprinkle for the stem. 



Tip: remember to grease the pan really well so they don't stick.

Tip: I don't use a piping bag, but a plain ziplock bag with the corner cut off, which is perfect for this.
