Introduction: Natural Beauty Regime to Get Clear Skin in 4 Weeks

Clear smooth skin is a cherished dream of everyone, but due to hormonal changes, environmental pollution, our bad diet, and busy lifestyle negatively impacts our skin and leads to pimples, sun tanning, pigmentation, scars, and uneven skin tone.

Here is a beauty regime that I used for 4 weeks to get clear skin. Last month during my training, I had to travel for like 5 hours a day and stay in the sun for the whole day for 2-3 weeks. In India, June is a very hot summer month. Due to such a hectic schedule, I couldn't take care of my skin which led to many pimples, sun tanning, and scars. I wanted to repair it before the starting of my college so followed this regime. Though there are some little light spots still left, they will go away in another week. I have also added a few pictures of mine. You can see my skin is now almost clear.

I am sure that if you guys have any such problem, It will also be resolved with this. It is beneficial for people with older scars as well. Though it may take some more time, but will definitely work.

Step 1: Transition

This is the transition in my skin during a period of 4 weeks. You can see the change. In 1-2 weeks my skin will get perfectly clear.

Step 2: Let's Begin With the Most Important Thing: Water

As soon as you get up in the morning drink a glass of water. Drink as much water you can drink at least 10-15 glasses of water each day. you might need to pee more but water helps flush out toxins from your body.

Make sure you sit and drink water, and drink it at regular intervals.

Step 3: Tomatoes

Tomatoes are natural bleaching agents. 20 minutes before you go to bath cut a small piece and apply it to your face and neck rub for 2 minutes. Wash after 20 minutes. Do this every day.

Step 4: Cucumber and Rosewater

After bathing apply any of the above on your face. These will work as a toner and calm any inflammation or irritation.

After this, you can apply the rest of your make up.

If you are going out in the sun, make sure you put on a good sunscreen.

Step 5: Aloevera and Tea Tree Essential Oil

Now, these are things to be done before sleeping. You have to use them alternatively. The tea tree oil makes the skin a little sensitive to the sun, so if you have to go in the sun the next day, it's better to avoid it.

Aloe vera

you can use the aloe vera gel available in the market or cut a fresh leaf. I have an aloe vera plant in my house, so I use it. Take half a tablespoon aloe vera gel and apply it to your face and neck. Let it stay overnight.

Tea tree oil

caution: never use tea tree essential oil directly on the skin. It is highly concentrated and can cause irritation.

mix it with a carrier oil preferably coconut oil. Take one tablespoon coconut oil and 1-2 drops tea tree essential oil. Mix evenly and apply. Let it stay overnight. If you have sensitive skin, you can just use coconut oil. It will moisturize your skin and fade scars.

Step 6: Diet

This is a very important part. With a bad diet, all your efforts go in vain.

I am not asking you to make major changes in the diet but, don't eat junk or fried food.

Make sure you eat Daliya( Indian Porridge) once a day. It is very good for the skin and gives energy too. I eat it for lunch with some fruit.

Step 7: Last But Not the Least: Sleep!

A night of good sleep has a lot of health benefits. Your body and skin repair during that time. New cells are generated.

Make sure you sleep 7-8 hours a day.
