Newspaper Ducati Bike

Created a paper model of a Ducati bike using newspaper in order to showcase it on display.

Supplies

1. Newspaper
2. A long and thin stick - I used a long needle used for sewing to roll around the newspaper.
3. Fevicol or glue.
4. Painting colors : Primarily brown and black have been used

Step 1:

• Take one page of a newspaper.
• Start rolling from one corner around the stick and keep rolling it until complete page had been rolled. Remember to remove the stick in between the process to make sure to keep it for other pages.

Step 2:

• This is one stick as shown in the picture.
• Create ten such sticks.
• For tires, roll the stick from one end until a circular-spiral shape is formed, glue the last end to the circle.
• For Fuel tank, roll the circular shape but bend it so that it is oval. then roll another stick around this circle in perpendicular direction to create an ovoid shape.
• For other, parts, use the same methodology and refer the title picture.
• Make sure to glue properly so that no parts come off later on.
• Paste a label of Ducati at the back in the end.
• I have added rearview mirrors using cardboard.

Step 3:

• Paint the bike as required.
• Put it on display!
