Ninja Star (Shuriken) Out of Thread Cutter

Hi guys

Today I will guide you to make a Ninja Star called Shuriken from thread cutters. This throwing star is pretty easy to make and very powerful.

Materials

- 2 x Thread cutter
- Alluminium Hanger

Tool

- Hammer

- Pliers

Step 1: Unassemble the Thread Cutter

The very first step is separate thread cutter blade from it handle. There are many to do it. However, i suggest you should use hand rasper to grind rivet head. You can see how i do it in the following GIF photos

After that, use a flat head screw driver to take out blades.

Step 2: Make the Rivet

After having 4 blades, now we need to stick it together. I tried hot glue however the star bursted apart after few throws. I recommend using rivet. In case you have no rivets, you can find an alluminum bar or cut it from a hanger.

Step 3: Assemble Blades

Assembling alls blade by using aluminum stick as demonstrated in above photo

Step 4: Finish Your Shuriken Star

Strike the stick with hammer in both side. Make sure that the shape of throwing star is not change after hammering.

Now it's to test your shuriken.
