Introduction: No Bake Cheesecake #HMS2018


  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 2 8oz boxes of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • refrigerator
  • electric mixer
  • fork/whisk
  • Spatula

Step 1: Graham Cracker Crust

Add your graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl, then mix it with a fork or whisk.

Step 2: Put the Crust Into the Pan

Pour the crust into a pan and pat it down with the end of a cup or spoon to spread it out evenly. Let it chill in the fridge when you are done.

Step 3: Cheesecake Filling Pt2

Add the heavy whipping cream and Mix until everything becomes thick and soft. Lastly, add the sugar and begin mixing until everything is combined.

Step 4: Cheesecake Filling

Add your cream cheese and lemon juice. While mixing, make sure to get rid of all the lumps.

Step 5: Final

Take out the crust and pour the cheesecake filling on to the top. You can use a spatula to spread it out evenly. Once you are done, put it in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.
