-FRESHLY GROUND FLAXSEED
-CHIA SEEDS (OPTIONAL)
Step 1: Step 1: Mix Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients until combined. Then, pop it in the fridge for 10-20 minutes until slightly hardened. This will make it easier to make into balls.
Step 2: Step 2: Form Into Balls
Now, all that's left to do is form into balls! Or place the mix in a dish lined in parchment paper and press slightly, making energy bars instead.
