Here is a simple recipe to cook Tandoori chicken at home on gas stove.

You won't be needing any Oven or Tandoor. You will just be requiring one stand on which you can place chicken pieces over the gas burner.

Step 1: Marination

Ingredients,

  • 2 chicken leg pieces (With Mark and cuts on it).
  • 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tbsp of black pepper powder.
  • 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  • 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  • 1 tbsp of salt or as per your taste.
  • 1/2 tbsp of cumin powder.
  • 1 tbsp of oil. 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  • 2 tbsp of curd.
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

    Great, thank you :) ...Yes it will be delicious as I mentioned low heat and proper marination upto sufficient time is the key to delicious Tandoori chicken :).
