Nomo Genius Charger Mod for Ryobi Zero Turn

Supplies

You'll need the following: NOCO Genius GENPRO10X4, Power Socket Sidewall Port, 4x 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery

Step 1: Cut NOCO Cords AFTER the Fuse

NOCO Genius GENPRO10X4 is not modular. You can make it modular like I did in the YouTube video.

Step 2: Remove Back Cover

Take a shop vac or a blower to this and clean it out.

Step 3: Pull Out Battery Tray

Step 4: Remove Old Batteries

Step 5: Place in New Lithium Batteries

Step 6: Wire Batteries

Step 7: Screw on Charger Lockout Circuit

Step 8: Slide Back Into Mower

Step 9: Connect Charge Controller

Step 10: Connect Battery Cable 2, ZTR

Step 11: Connect Blue Charger Lockout Circuit

Step 12: Connect Temperature Sensor

Step 13: Connect Battery Connector

Step 14: Screw in Hex Bolt (M8 X 240 Mm)

Step 15: Secure Secure Bolt (M8 X 25 Mm), Lock Washer (M8), Washer (24 X 8), Metal Bushing, Battery Tray

Step 16: Connect SAE to Sidewalls
