Introduction: OREO COOKIES & CREAM ICE CREAM WITH CHOCOLATE FUDGE - NO CHURN / NO MACHINE

Step 1: WHIP & FOLD

600ml Whipping Cream

397g (1 Can) Condensed Milk

1tbsp Vanilla Bean Paste

10 Oreos (Crushed Finely)

5 Oreos (Chopped Roughly)

2tbsp Cocoa Powder

Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Begin by whipping the cream until soft peaks form. Add the condensed milk and fold into the whipped cream. Add the vanilla and mix again. Take 1/3 of the ice cream and place in a separate bowl before adding the cocoa powder. Once combined, add the chopped Oreos and mix well. Finally, take the crushed Oreos and fold into the remaining 2/3 of ice cream mixture.

Step 2: MIX & FREEZE

Pour 1/2 of the cookies and cream ice cream into a tin or container. Place spoonfuls of the chocolate ice cream and chocolate fudge sauce on top and use a knife to create a marbled effect. Repeat this step again and top the ice cream with more chopped Oreos (optional). Freeze for 6 hours before serving.
