Introduction: Oatmeal Raisin Butterscotch Cookies
mmmmm....... My oatmeal raisin with a couple of special ingredients
Step 1: Ingredients
3/4 softened butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 mashed bananas ( if you are allergic to bananas the original recipe called for 2 eggs)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/ 2 tsp salt
3 cups rolled oats ( if you can't em then oatmeal works just fine)
1 2/3 butterscotsch ships
1 cup raisins

Step 2: Prep
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl beat butter, sugar and brown sugar together.
Add banana, vanilla and beat until well mixed

Step 3: Next
Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add this mix to the butter mix, stir until well blended
Step 4: The Goodies
stir in oats, raisins and butterscotch chips.
Drop by tsps onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are browned.
