Step 1: Materials
Spray Paint:
Almond color
Pumpkin orange (make sure the orange isn't too dark or light!!!)
tape

scissors

small felt feet pads (you will see the picture in the steps)
white window blinds (you will see the picture in the steps)
Headphones (these were 50$ new but the broke so i used them for this. i suggest you get something cheaper)
Oil Based Clay (to make the nose)
optional:
foam head
black spray paint (if you dont want to use tape)
an ipod for music :3
Cost: 20$ or less if you get stuff from around the house or free.

Step 2: Get the Headphones
originally i bought mine from best buy for about 50$.
but you can do this with any headphones as long as they are CIRCULAR!
then take them apart
****** DONT FOLLOW THE WAY I PAINTED MY HEADPHONES EXACTLY I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD UNSCREW THE HEADPHONES OFF THE BAND UNTIL THE END, SO MAKE SURE YOU TAPE THEM APART WELL******
we had a broken white window blind thingy outside my house, so i used them to my advantage.
i cleaned and cut them to length then i shaped them around the headphone, then i simply used superglue to stick them on.
****dont stick them ON the headphones yet******* do this after paint

Step 3: Cover/Nose
i bought this clip-on warning light thingy from the dollar store for 1.13$
they fit perfectly so i used my grinder to clean them up a bit and painted them to see how it would look.
making the nose is pretty self explanatory, just look up a picture of Time Skip Usopp and try to make the nose out of the clay.

Step 4: Start Painting :D
***********i painted mine without knowing you could take off the headphone's band, because of this i messed up alot so make sure you unscrew it off!!!!********
Step 5: Putting It Together / Repaint (for Me)
make sure its FULLY dry, you could mess up the paint like i did >.>
when putting on the covers make sure you put them on so when the headphones are all put together the black lines are HORIZONTAL
(I WILL UPDATE THIS INSTRUCTABLE AS I MAKE THE OTHER PARTS OF THE COSTUME)

Step 6: Usopp Afro
i did alot of research on the making of the afro.
in the end i figured out a VERY simple solution to this problem.
Materials: (i already had these at hand so it was no cost)
Cheap Afro 10-15$
Needle
Dark Colored Thread
Fisher mans hat (i used camo as a test, the link to the hat im buying will be at the end of the list)
Safety Pins

Step 7: Afro, Headphones, Hat Final
once you have the afro done your done with the first step of becoming Usopp!
i put me headphones over the afro but under the hat, when i put the headphones under the afro and the hat they didnt really stay in place.
The long nose is simple, im just buying mine from this:
A Nose Prosthetic.
http://www.amazon.com/Morris-Costumes-Nose-Pinocchio-Accessory/dp/B001BY3RZE/ref=pd_sim_sbs_t_3
The goggles are simple too. im just going to put red paper on the inside of the lenses, and paint the strap orange.
then im going to cut pieces of white tape to add the stripes:

The boots:

Step 8: The Costume
The is the most difficult part.
your could either buy this terrible costume:
http://www.ezcosplay.com/hot-sales/one-piece/one-piece-sanji-after-2y-cosplay-costume-1.html
or simply make your own.
im planning on making my own, not sure when ill have the money for it but ill update when i do
(probably next year unless I find a job)
