Introduction: Onion Garlic Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
500g minced meat
half cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 red onions
1 spoon mustard
1 spoon soja sauce
a bit garlic
salt, pepper, sweet paprika, hot paprika & curry
Step 1: Preparation
Cut the onions & the garlic in small pieces and put it in a bowl with the meat. Give salt, pepper, paprika, curry, breadcrumbs, mustard and the egg to it and stir it together.
Step 2: Finish
Form meatballs and place them on an oven plate. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 35 minutes.Look at my other work.

this looks like recipe my russian grandmother used to cook, except that she put 4 spices mix into it, and cook the meatballs in a pan, with tomatoe coulis. and they were served with mashed potatoes. the meat was half pork and half beef.
