I decided to create a grey origami heart. I decided to make this because I thought it was a very cute and simple mini project and the final product is very nice and can be used to decorate your house, your room, or even your school locker.

Supplies

As for your supplies you will just need:

A squared paper 35cm x 35cm (could be any colour; pink, purple, blue)

Step 1: Fold Your Paper

As for the first step you need to get a squared paper (35cm x 35cm) and take one of the corners and fold it to the opposing corner, making a triangle. Then you unfold it so its back to its original shape. You'll do the exact same action but with the other corner connecting it to the other corner and unfolding it back to the diamond shape.

Step 2: Fold the Top

Now once we have our outlined paper were going to take the top corner of the dimaond and fold it to the middle line of the diamond that we outlined in our first step.

Step 3: Fold the Bottom

The next step is to take the bottom of the diamond and fold it all the way up crossing the top of the paper, making sure that a little bit of the triangle is popping off from the top.

Step 4: Half-Heart Shape

Since now we have the bottom folded our next step is to take the bottom right of the paper and fold it upwards leaving us with a half-heart shape. Well do the same but with the other side leading us to a incomplete heart.

Step 5: Fold the Flaps

Then we have to flip over the heart on the other side. The next step is to fold the 2 triangles on the top of the paper. We fold them down making sure they dont overlap the layer above it.

Step 6: Folding the Sides

After that we have to fold the sides of the heart. We fold the right and left sides. When folding the top and the sides we create more of a shape and form to the heart.
